LucyBux, low payout

I've been joining a lot of PTCs lately, and LucyBux is another new PTC, it's still on prelaunch, minimum payout here is only $1, and there are tens ads now, but it may get less when it is launched, $0.01 per ads. Hope it's not scam. It will be launched on 30 December 2009. I give it a try since the minimum payout is not too high :)
