I wonder, is it okay to use surfing site like EasyHits4U to get traffic in order to earn from PTP networks?

Paid To Promote is good for blog/site with traffic exclusively from US and major Europe countries.

Something's wrong, Paid-To-Promote itself does not say about it, but EasyHits4u does not seem to accept such site... hehehehe, so we can not use it... phew...
