UpBux was once a trusted and paying PTC. I myself got paid once before. A few days ago, it put an announcement on the page saying that it was closing due to problem with PayPal, and it would pay the members. A few days later, the site was completely not available.
I personally think that this problem is not solely the problem with the PayPal, but rather, UpBux itself turns into scam. If it were not, then the site wouldn't have been unavailable so soon. So, I guess it's just using PayPal problem as an alibi. phew... Hard to find trustable PTCs nowadays :(
